Gcup Terms and Conditions — Rights & Responsibilities You as Player

To register and use the gcup platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not a citizen or resident of any region where the use of this platform is prohibited by local law.
• Registering in your own name and not on behalf of another person.
• Has never had a gcup account closed previously due to a terms violation.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information, including your full name, date of birth, email address, and a valid phone number. Any false or misleading information provided during registration or at any time thereafter may result in account suspension or closure without prior notice.

Each player is only permitted to hold one active account. If gcup finds that you hold more than one account — whether using the same or different information — gcup reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold any outstanding balances or winnings. Your account password is entirely your responsibility; gcup will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

Gcup supports a variety of local Malaysian payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost. All financial transactions on gcup are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are subject to the minimum and maximum limits set for each payment method.

• Minimum deposit: MYR 10 for most payment methods.
